JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Go High Level Tech Support Specialist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with Go High Level and a proven track record of delivering exceptional technical support.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Option 1: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST
Option 2: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding: Guide students through the ScaleApe onboarding process, setting up their accounts, and adding pre-configured snapshots.

- Account Management: Create automations, landing pages, and workflows tailored to their business needs.

- Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and effective resolutions for technical issues that may arise.

- Customer Support: Respond to tech support emails and handle inquiries professionally.

- Zoom Support: Conduct Zoom calls for one-on-one support, assisting students in navigating ScaleApe’s features.
Training: Help students understand how to use ScaleApe effectively to manage and grow their businesses.



Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Go High Level in a technical support, onboarding, or account management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in setting up snapshots, automations, workflows, landing pages, and CRM configurations.
- Communication Skills: Must speak and write fluent English, with excellent interpersonal skills for working with American clients.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable using Zoom for support calls.
- Customer Focus: Patient, friendly, and solution-oriented, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Availability: Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work the specified hours consistently.
