Job Overview:
We are seeking an Automation Expert with deep expertise in Go High Level (GHL) to streamline our CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automated sequences, integrations, and workflows that optimize our sales and marketing processes. You will play a key role in customizing and automating pipelines, setting up triggers, and integrating third-party tools to enhance efficiency and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Pipeline Automation: Design and implement automated workflows in Go High Level to streamline lead nurturing, sales processes, and client engagement.
Custom Fields & Data Organization: Optimize contact and opportunity fields for efficient data tracking, segmentation, and imports from external sources.
Trigger & Workflow Setup: Create automated
API & Third-Party Integrations: Connect Go High Level with other business tools (Zapier, Google Sheets, Stripe, Slack, etc.) to create a seamless automation ecosystem.
Lead Scoring & Qualification: Develop automation logic to score leads based on engagement and behavior, ensuring high-quality prospects are moved through the pipeline.
Form & Funnel Optimization: Implement landing pages, forms, and surveys within Go High Level to collect and manage lead data efficiently.
Reporting & Optimization: Analyze workflow performance, troubleshoot automation issues, and refine processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Cold Outreach & Contact Management: Set up automated outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling to improve conversion rates.
Requirements & Skills:
? Go High Level Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM, workflows, triggers, and automation tools.
? Automation & Integration Skills: Proficiency in Zapier, API integrations, and connecting GHL with third-party applications.
? Data & Workflow Management: Strong understanding of lead pipelines, segmentation, and custom field management.
? Marketing Automation: Ability to create and optimize
? Technical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to debug, test, and optimize automation flows.
? Experience with Cold Outreach Automation: Familiarity with importing and managing cold contacts, automating follow-ups, and tracking conversions.
? Understanding of Sales & Marketing Funnels: Knowledge of lead nurturing strategies, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing workflows.
? Strong Communication & Documentation: Ability to clearly document automation processes and collaborate with the team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume lead generation and outreach campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM migration and data cleanup processes.
Knowledge of Google Sheets automation, webhook integrations, and chatbot setups.
Background in B2B cold outreach automation and sales funnels.
Compensation & Application:
