As we expand our global reach, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Global Marketplace Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product uploads across multiple eCommerce platforms, including Walmart.com, Amazon, and Wix.

Position Overview:

The Global Marketplace Listing Specialist will be responsible for uploading and managing product listings on Walmart USA, Mexico, Canada, Amazon in the USA and other countries, and the Wix eCommerce platform. This role requires expertise in working with Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, and familiarity with platform-specific guidelines to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with Lather Green’s branding. The position includes weekly payouts and participation in biweekly team meetings to align goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:
Upload and manage product listings across Walmart (USA, Mexico, Canada) and Amazon (USA and international marketplaces).
Migrate listings from Wix to Walmart and Amazon, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and optimization for each platform.

Data File Handling:
Create, edit, and manage Excel documents and CSV files for bulk uploads and updates across platforms.
Ensure all data files meet the formatting and compliance requirements of each marketplace.

Platform Expertise:
Navigate and manage listings using Walmart, Amazon Seller Central, and Wix dashboards.
Stay updated on platform-specific guidelines, ensuring compliance and optimal performance for all listings.

Team Collaboration:
Participate in biweekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align product listings with promotional campaigns and brand goals.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor upload success and resolve any issues or errors with listings promptly.
Provide updates and reports on listing performance and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CSV files for product uploads and bulk updates.
Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and the Wix eCommerce platform.
Experience managing listings across multiple countries, including USA, Mexico, and Canada.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure listing accuracy and compliance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve upload errors independently.
Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
