Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing prompt, helpful, and real-time support.
-Handle inbound phone calls, address concerns, and offer friendly assistance.
-Accurately input and maintain customer records.
-Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year required)
-Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written German, along with strong English communication skills.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of general commerce and customer needs.
-A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed. 

Position Details: 
This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from September 2024 - March 2025. (Please note that we offer long-term opportunities for agents based on interest and performance.)
