Generalist VA – Short-Term & Ongoing Support

Overview
I’m looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support me in both general administrative tasks and festival management duties over the next three weeks as I produce Love Burn, an arts festival happening in mid-February. The ideal candidate must be experienced with Airtable.

This role will start with intensive support through February 18 and transition into a more flexible, as-needed basis afterward.

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Festival Production Support (Now – Feb 18)
Assist with spreadsheet management (Airtable)
Draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support festival logistics and scheduling
Be on-call between Feb 12–18 for real-time assistance during the event

Phase 2: General VA Support (Post-Feb 18, Ongoing)
Manage emails, scheduling, and light administrative tasks
Assist with research, reporting, and process optimization
Provide additional support as needed (not on a fixed schedule)

Qualifications
MUST have experience with Airtable (comfortable setting up views, managing records, and automating workflows)
Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent writing and documentation skills
Previous experience in event coordination, festival management, or startup environments is a plus

Availability & Compensation
Intensive support needed through Feb 18, including on-call availability Feb 12–18
Ongoing work after the festival (flexible and task-based, not a fixed schedule)
Compensation is hourly, based on experience
