General Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Virtual Assistant to support an American client based in Florida, USA. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social media management, marketing, and AI automation while also having experience working with Shopify and GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain social media accounts, create content, and engage with audiences.
Assist with various marketing tasks, including email campaigns, lead generation, and ad management.
Work within Shopify to manage product listings, updates, and store optimization.
Utilize GoHighLevel to handle CRM tasks, automation, and funnel management.
Implement AI automation tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Social Media Management and Marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and GoHighLevel is a must.
Familiarity with AI automation tools to streamline business processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
