JOB OVERVIEW

-Manage emails and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and calendars.
-Perform data entry, research, and basic administrative tasks.
-Handle social media management, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring activity.
-Assist with creating, proofreading, and editing documents.
-Provide customer support through email or chat.
-Maintain an organized digital filing system.
-Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
-Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
-Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare detailed reports.
-Conduct research, compile information, and create polished presentations.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
-Coordinate and support events, conferences, and other initiatives.
-Act as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
-Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and expense tracking.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
-Knowledge of social media management and content creation strategies. (optional)

Requirements
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role (remote experience preferred).
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Part Time with Potential full time
Shift: 2 days a week (needs to be flexible)
