HIRING: General Virtual Assistant (GVA) - Real Estate Investment Firm (US-Based)
Direct Hire with the Client
Work Hours: US Hours (PST or CST, depending on the executive’s schedule)

Our client owns a high-growth real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing multifamily properties (apartment complexes) in the US.

We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant (Technical Assistant) to provide critical support to our executive team. If you are highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deal Underwriting & Pipeline Management – Assist with property deal underwriting, organize financial spreadsheets, analyze risks & opportunities (further training provided).
- Project & Task Management – Use Asana, ClickUp, or Trello to keep track of projects & deadlines.
- SOP Creation & Documentation – Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) & maintain a company playbook.
- Communication & Inbox Management – Manage emails, coordinate with brokers, vendors & partners, and draft professional correspondence.
- Executive Support – Manage the executive’s schedule, inbox, travel bookings & admin tasks.
- Research & Data Analysis – Conduct research & analyze data to support business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written & verbal English.
- Passion for Real Estate – Interest in real estate investing & property management is a plus!
- Proactive & Self-Starter – You take initiative & anticipate needs.
- Hunger to Learn – Open to training in underwriting & real estate investment.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Comfortable working with data & spreadsheets.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, & project management tools.

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Operations Specialist, or Project Manager for multifamily properties
- Familiarity with underwriting, property management, or financial modeling.
- Experience creating SOPs & process documents.
