Are you an experienced General Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills and a background in Customer Support? We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant to support our insurance operations.
Position: General Virtual Assistant
Industry: Insurance
Work Setup: Remote
Work Hours: To be discussed | US Pacific Standard Time
Rate: $4 - $5 per Hour
Qualifications:
- Articulate and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks,
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries professionally
- Process insurance-related documents and follow up on claims/policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients as needed
- Perform other general VA tasks as assigned
