Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.
This role will focus on creating internal and external visual assets for our brand, including
thumbnails for company videos, social media graphics, and website content. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in graphic design with a keen eye for branding
consistency while also contributing to social media content creation and digital
marketing efforts.
Rate: $6/hour
Payday: Every Monday
Hours: 40 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality thumbnails for internal company videos.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, websites,
advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to design assets for internal communications,
presentations, and reports.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative
and fresh content.
Social Media Support & Coordination:
• Work with the social media team to ensure high-quality graphic content is created
for social platforms (Instagram,
• Provide creative input for social media campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Assist in reviewing and approving content produced by external designers and social
media managers.
• Support content planning and scheduling, ensuring brand consistency in all digital
touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of visual work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,
etc.).
• Experience in creating video thumbnails and internal branding materials.
• Familiarity with social media graphics and content design.
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools (Loomly, Notion, etc.).
• Experience with GoHighLevel and managing digital ads.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset.
• Experience in photography and video editing is a plus.
