We're now searching for our next systems weapon - someone who can own our GoHighLevel, Upgrade to see actual info and AI workflows, remove tech headaches, and unlock efficiency across the entire machine.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are a GHL technician and strategist in one. You’ve run GHL from the company level, not just client accounts and you’ve built and maintained high-conversion funnels, custom automations, and deep integrations.

You get excited about:

Debugging broken workflows and making them bulletproof

Transitioning messy systems from Zapier into clean, scalable Upgrade to see actual info scenarios

Working with AI agents (like Vapi) to automate outbound and inbound voice

Keeping data clean across multiple GHL sub-accounts

Building dashboards and ensuring workflows don’t just run—but work smarter

You’re confident working solo, but even more effective when collaborating with fast-moving teams, project managers, and founders.

REAL TASKS YOU’LL BE DOING
Make Migration: Rebuilding 30+ existing Zapier automations inside Upgrade to see actual info—booking flows, failed inspection bots, outbound call agents, inbound number routing, and more.

AI Agent Integrations: Working with Vapi and GHL to fix and optimise our Failed Inspection bot, and implementing logic to improve outbound agent success rates.

GHL Clean-Up & Workflow Overhaul: Identifying messy, duplicate or unused workflows across sub-accounts and turning chaos into simplicity.

Dashboards & Data Hygiene: Creating dashboards that make sense, reflect real lead flows, and remove duplication headaches.

Google Reviews & Lead Routing: Automating review collection, routing based on location (QLD, VIC, NSW), and ensuring calls and emails land where they should.

Marketing System Support: Helping write workflows for FB ad campaigns, setting up GHL calendar bookings, and improving inbound number visibility.

Dynamic Forms + Web Integrations: Collaborating on gravity form to GHL connections, site performance (Cloudflare optional), and quote workflows.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Mastery of GoHighLevel at the sub-account AND admin level

Experience using Upgrade to see actual info to build full-stack automation (not just simple triggers)

Strong grasp of data structure, flow logic, and conditional workflows

Bonus: Vapi, AI agent integrations, Google Ads & Meta integrations, or Gravity Forms

Strong English, proactivity, and experience with task tools like Trello or ClickUp
