We’re currently seeking an experienced Xero expert to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team and accountant to ensure our financial systems are smooth, efficient, and built for growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage financial records in Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and manage invoices.
- Assist in streamlining accounting processes and workflows.
- Provide support during audits and reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and accountant to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay up to date with Xero updates and best practices, ensuring the organisation benefits from the latest features.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in Xero accounting software, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and external accountants.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Australian accounting practices (preferred but not essential).
