• Funding Expertise: Advise on personal and business funding options, including traditional bank loans, SBA loans, grants, credit lines, crowdfunding, and alternative lending.
• Research & Strategy: Stay informed about the latest funding programs and trends to create effective funding strategies.
• Application Support: Guide clients through the application processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with lender requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and alternative lenders to expand funding opportunities.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges and provide creative solutions to secure funding for a variety of financial goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in personal and/or business funding (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Deep understanding of financial products, loan structures, and funding strategies.
• Familiarity with credit repair and optimization strategies (preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify the best funding solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
