JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time E-commerce Representative to join our team at Botanopia.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and processing of our orders. The ideal candidate is someone who is consistent, dependable, and a good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

-Manual processing of orders from external platforms (i.e. Faire en other B2B platforms)
-Manual check of our incoming orders to identify and solve potential problems before the orders are shipped.
-First point of contact for our incoming emails/customer support (where is my order, product questions, stock questions etc.)
-Lead generation for new B2B customers and outreach/engagement with those leads through social media (Instagram, Facebook).
You will be sharing these responsibilities with 2 other colleagues, Rose and Art.
We will provide all the training you need to become independent on those tasks (about 2 weeks to a month).

Requirements:

-Previous experience in customer service or E-commerce is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, a good level of spoken and written English is required to reply to our customers.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You're proactive and not afraid to voice your own ideas.
-Demonstrated potential for growth and willingness to be trained for higher positions.
-Attention to detail is required.
-You're tech savvy and willing to learn new tools and applications ( for example, we use ChatGPT and Deepl to reply to our customers in their own language).
-Comfortable calling customers on the phone. This happens only about once a week, but sometimes we need to call customers for time-sensitive customer service issues, when they don't reply to our emails in a timely manner. Usually the call is to confirm their email address or any particular shipping requirement.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for a full-time assistant with excellent administration skills and an eye for detail. You have proven previous experience with WooCommerce shops and e-commerce in general. You have an affinity for numbers and work accurately and securely.

The 3 qualities you need to be successful in this role are Integrity, Commitment, and Desire to learn.

Integrity: You are open and honest in your communication with your colleagues and customers. If you're struggling with a task or made a mistake, be upfront about it. We all make mistakes but I can't help you fix it if I don't know about it.

Commitment: We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their role and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Desire to learn: We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you're not excited about improving your skills and trying out new tasks, this is not for you.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

The starting rate is 4 USD per hour.

-Work 40 hours per week with flexibility.

-The candidate must be available to work between 9am and 6pm CEST, Monday-Friday. We use a time tracking software such as Manic Time.

*ADDITIONAL BENEFITS*
-training and education budget
-coaching
-vacations days and health card allowance, after your initial training period
-salary increase based on performance

How to Apply:

Send us your resume and cover letter, and a LINK to a short (max 2min) VIDEO of yourself, to info@botanopia.com, making sure to use the keyword PartTimeAssistant0602 in your email subject line.
