We’re looking for a Lead Specialist with outstanding English communication skills to spearhead sales for our coaching programs, build meaningful connections with motivated clients, and play a vital role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Relationship Building
• Engage with pre-qualified leads from marketing channels such as social media, email lists, and inquiries.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend personalized coaching solutions.
• Foster strong relationships through customer-focused and tailored communication.

Sales Process Management
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and move efficiently through the funnel.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals through a consultative approach.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create a seamless handoff from lead generation to conversion.

Follow-Up & Client Support
• Reconnect with potential clients who have shown interest but haven’t committed.
• Provide consistent follow-ups to support and guide prospects in their decision-making process.
• Clearly explain payment plans, onboarding steps, and program details for a seamless client experience.

Reporting & Process Improvement
• Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, using CRM tools.
• Identify opportunities to refine and enhance the sales process for better results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
• Proven success in sales or lead conversion, especially in coaching, education, or consulting industries.
• Strong track record of building client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Skills:
• Outstanding English communication skills (little to no accent) with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency in phone and video communication, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Asana) and sales pipeline management.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Empathetic and client-focused, committed to helping others achieve their goals.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

Base Salary: $700–$900 USD/month (depending on experience).
Commission: $50 USD per full-price close (target of 15 sales per month).
On Target Earnings: $1,450–$1,650 USD/month.
Schedule: Full-time, with primary working hours between 5:00 PM–9:00 PM UK time (BST/GMT).
