We are now working on the next project, to provide financial tools to 2 billion unbanked.

**About You**

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented webmaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating sleek, modern, and user-focused websites, similar to the design styles of Sixth Society and Trustyfy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all technical aspects of website management, including hosting, security (e.g., Cloudflare setup), domain management, and performance optimization.
- Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality without relying on external assistance.
- Work autonomously to resolve challenges using available resources, such as hosting provider support and documentation, before escalating issues.
- Implement and modify website templates, ensuring a user-friendly experience while following best practices for responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Collaborate with designers when necessary, but maintain the ability to independently execute content updates and structural changes.
- Optimize website speed, security, and SEO while maintaining a professional and polished aesthetic.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a **Webmaster** (not just a Web Designer), with a portfolio showcasing hands-on website management.
- Proficiency in **website hosting, DNS management, security protocols (e.g., Cloudflare), and CMS platforms** like Webflow, or Squarespace.
- Ability to **troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently**, using support channels like live chat, email, or documentation without external hand-holding.
- Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website optimization techniques.
- **Fast and reliable communication**—must be responsive and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly **duplicate third-party website structures** to launch projects efficiently.
- Comfortable following **Loom video instructions** and executing tasks with minimal follow-ups.
- Must have a **Wise account** or reside in a country supported by Wise for payments.

**Salary**

Guaranteed salary based on your expertise. We hate being generic, but with this type of project we are joined every month by many people at many levels (and sky is the limit.)
