Full-Time Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Business

About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business operating on Shopify, and we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company that values initiative, creativity, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Customer service (handling emails, inquiries, and order issues)
- Social media management (posting, engagement, and growth strategies)
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports
- Collaborating on brand growth strategies
- Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers (together with us)
- Identifying and suggesting improvements in workflows and processes

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce business or similar role
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Ability to work with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Basic design & editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-growing company
