Overview:
Rubber Ducky Sunscreen is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position will support the CEO in a variety of key functions, including managing paid search advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google, handling email accounts, providing customer service support, and writing engaging blog content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, customer service, and content creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Search Advertising Management:
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on metrics such as ROI, clicks, conversions, and spend.
- A/B test ad creatives and targeting to ensure campaign success and efficiency.


Email
Management:
- Manage and organize CEO’s email accounts, ensuring timely responses to both internal and external communications.
- Filter and prioritize emails, flagging important issues that require immediate attention.
- Handle customer service inquiries via email, providing professional and helpful responses in a timely manner.

Outbound Email Campaigns:
- Assist with creating and sending outbound email campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and customer outreach.
- Track email performance and help optimize engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).

Blog Content Creation:
- Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly blog posts related to the sunscreen and skincare industry, Rubber Ducky Sunscreen’s products, and general health tips.
- Collaborate with the CEO on content ideas and ensure that blog posts align with brand voice and marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:
- Proven experience managing paid search advertising campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Experience in email management, customer service, and managing email correspondence.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging blog content.

Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for blog writing.

Work Hours:
Full-time position (6 or 8 hours per day), working in the Eastern Time Zone.
