Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Full-Time Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in editing both long-form and short-form video content, with a strong understanding of YouTube marketing strategies. Graphic design skills are a plus. This is a long-term role with growth opportunities for a motivated individual who can deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Work on long-form content such as YouTube videos, webinars, or tutorials, ensuring storytelling and pacing align with audience preferences.
• Create engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to align video content with marketing and branding strategies.
• Incorporate YouTube marketing techniques, including SEO optimization, thumbnail creation, and content structuring for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Perform basic graphic design tasks, such as creating motion graphics or thumbnails, as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube marketing strategies, including SEO and audience engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling and design.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in creating engaging thumbnails and promotional materials for YouTube.
• Knowledge of video compression and optimization for different platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve video performance.
