Full-Time Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented editor who can craft visually compelling, high-engagement videos.
The ideal candidate has experience in both long-form and short-form editing, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. If you’re passionate about creating impactful video content that educates and entertains millions, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality videos weekly that captivate audiences and boost engagement across multiple social media platforms.
• Work on both long-form and short-form video content, tailoring edits to each platform’s unique requirements.
• Use DaVinci Resolve to edit, color grade, enhance sound, and add basic motion graphics using Fusion.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure video content aligns with brand identity and audience expectations.
• Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and captions to maximize engagement across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Efficiently manage video assets and organize project files for a smooth editing workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and social media best practices.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken) for clear communication.
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve, including editing, color grading, audio enhancement, and Fusion for motion graphics.
• Ability to edit 3-5 videos per week, maintaining professional quality and engagement.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
• Knowledge of platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, subtitles, and engagement techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, professional content.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with content creators or brands with a strong social media presence.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and engagement-driven editing techniques.
