**Job Roles Include:**
- Create engaging reels from podcast episodes.
- Edit client long-form podcasts.
- Edit client testimonials into engaging reels.
- Create countdown videos for online events.
- Perform various other tasks related to video editing, ensuring all content is high-quality and meets company standards.

**Pay:**
Starting pay is $800 USD per month, with opportunities for bonuses and pay raises based on your tenure and performance with our company.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Ability to create high-quality, top-of-the-line videos confidently.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in producing engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MUST HAVE TECH THAT CAN HANDLE BIG FILES. SOME OF OUR FILES ARE BIG AND YOU MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT THAT CAN HANDLE THE JOB.
