Full Time Support Technician - T2

InTech Together, a prominent Dental Managed Service Provider (MSP), is expanding its Technology Team due to sustained growth. We are seeking a Tier 2 Technology Specialist skilled in ZOHO Analytics, scripting, and coding to enhance our team's capability in supporting our clients' dental offices.

The Technology Team is responsible for backend client software support, cyber security execution, creating and running scripts across all offices and maintaining backups as well as overall customer uptime. Clients depend on the Technology Team Technicians to provide timely and sound solutions to any situation that might arise during their daily work in the dental field. Technology Team Technicians must have excellent client service skills and be able to deliver a seamless and positive experience for clients seeking industry leading IT and cloud services.

This specific employee will work with ZOHO analytics, desk and the entire platform as many of our customers are looking for custom software creation. There are ZOHO experts on the team and this job would work with them to execute customer projects on a timely basis.
