Job Opening: Full-Time Social Media Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team! This is a full-time position working 8 hours a day central standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create engaging graphics, video and content to manage daily posts
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage community engagement
- Additional Web and Local SEO skills a uge plus

Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to speak within a full room of people on a regular schedule
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices and trends
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Captcha, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a huge plus
