Pay: $150 per week (with room to grow) (adjusted to $75 for the first week due to decreased hours)
Time Commitment: Full-time (50 hours per week with efficiency, 7 days per week for the first few months)

### Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, long-term Social Media Manager to oversee and grow multiple social media accounts. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role in our team.

You will manage 8 accounts per platform (8 Reddit accounts and 8 Threads accounts). The first week will be a warm-up period where the workload is significantly reduced to allow for familiarization with the accounts and tools.

This role requires availability 7 days per week for the first few months, after which a day off may be introduced depending on performance.

This role also offers the opportunity to grow into a management position, overseeing additional VAs as the team expands.

### Responsibilities

Reddit Management
- Manage 8 Reddit accounts
- Post 10 times per day per account (80 posts daily)
- Spend 20 minutes per account daily engaging (e.g., upvoting, replying to comments)
- Reply to comments on your own posts to boost engagement

Threads Management
- Manage 8 Threads accounts
- Post 4 times per day per account (32 posts daily)
- Leave 15 comments per day per account (120 comments daily)
- Reply to comments on your own posts
- Follow U.S.-based accounts that align with the target audience

### First Week Warm-Up Period

- Workload is significantly reduced during the first week to allow time for account warm-up and familiarization with tools
- Pay for the first week: $52.50 (35 percent of full weekly pay)

### Additional Details

- This is a full-time, long-term role. We are looking for someone committed to growing with us
- Job requires 7-day availability for the first few months to ensure consistency in posting and engagement
- Good internet is essential to ensure smooth workflow and avoid disruptions
- Use a browser with multiple profiles to manage different accounts simultaneously
- Efficiently multitask between platforms (e.g., manage Threads accounts during Reddit posting gaps)
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all posts and engagements
- Critical thinking and cognitive ability are highly desired. This means the ability to think for yourself, problem-solve, and use common sense when managing accounts
- You should be able to ask ChatGPT or research solutions on your own when needed, rather than waiting for instructions for every issue
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools is preferred, as it will help with content creation and problem-solving
- Having a spare iPhone 8 or newer is preferred but not essential
