We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Resume Writer to join our growing team. You will work directly with clients to showcase their skills, experience, and accomplishments in the best possible light.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their career goals, work history, and strengths.
• Create high-quality, ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to clients’ target industries and positions.
• Conduct thorough research on various industries and roles to ensure accuracy and relevance in resume writing.
• Revise and edit existing resumes to improve formatting, clarity, and overall effectiveness.
• Provide career advice and guidance on resume best practices, keyword optimization, and job market trends.
• Maintain a consistent workflow and meet deadlines for client deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring practices.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure adherence to company standards and templates.
• Track and document work progress in internal systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in resume writing, career coaching, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various industries, job markets, and ATS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other relevant tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to tailor content to specific client needs.
• Strong research skills to align resumes with industry standards and job descriptions.
• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related field is a plus.
