JOB OVERVIEW

A highly accomplished board member across multiple executive boards is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role requires an adaptable professional with strong travel management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Willing to work for 3 to 6 hours during weekends

Responsibilities:
- Executive Support & Coordination – Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and oversee task and project coordination.
- Financial & Administrative Management – Track expenses, manage bill payments, handle subscription renewals, and maintain organized documentation.
- Travel & Logistics Planning – Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient executive travel.
- Document & File Organization – Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, maintain digital filing systems, and streamline workflows.
- Transcription & Note-Taking – Accurately transcribe executive discussions and dictations, structuring them into clear, well-organized notes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task automation tools.
• Nice to have: 70 WPM touch-typing speed with strong listening and comprehension skills for precise transcription.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
