JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated individual with experience to work independently and manage a variety of tasks. This role requires someone who can handle responsibilities in real estate assistance, virtual support, media marketing management, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Assistance:

Assist with real estate transaction management.
Follow up and track all emails related to real estate transactions.
Book appointments with inspectors and manage scheduling.
Manage and maintain the calendar for appointments and deadlines.
Be familiar with platforms such as MLSPIN, KW Command, DotLoop, or similar real estate tools.
Virtual Assistance:

Manage and update CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss or similar systems.
Handle client communications and inquiries.
Assist with document organization, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Media Marketing Management:

Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Use Canva or similar tools to design and create marketing materials.
Generate leads through social media marketing campaigns and engage with followers.
Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to generate and qualify seller leads.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely communication.
Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with invoicing, expenses, and other bookkeeping-related tasks.
Qualifications:

Experience with MLS, KW Command, Dot Loop, CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss), and media platforms (e.g., Canva, social media management).
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with financial management.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organized.
