We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized, and proactive Marketing & Website Virtual Assistant who will act as a true partner in growing a coaching and consulting business. This is not just a “task-doer” role—we want someone who will strategize, track performance, and prompt content ideas based on what’s working.

? Help build a magnetic brand that attracts leads, converts them into clients, and runs smoothly with automation.
? Keep websites, funnels,
? Act as a content strategist & performance tracker—so we’re always improving what works.
? Proactively suggest ideas to refine my niche and brand based on audience engagement.
? You’ll manage website updates, sales funnels,
? You’ll provide weekly insights on what content is performing best and what we should double down on.
? You’ll track leads, follow up with potential clients, and help turn engagement into sales.
Responsibilities:
???? Website & Funnel Management
• Set up and maintain sales pages & landing pages (WordPress, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi).
• Connect payment systems and automate lead capture & bookings.
• Track and optimize website performance (SEO, analytics, conversion rates).
???? Social Media & Content Strategy
• Analyze content performance—what’s getting the most engagement, and why?
• Give weekly content prompts to help create high-performing content.
• Schedule & post content on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, tweets, and
• Help refine the niche and messaging based on engagement insights.

• Keep everything organized in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
• Manage freelancers (video editors, designers) and delegate tasks.
• Track progress & report key performance data.
???? Must-Have Skills & Experience
? At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, VA work, or online business management.
? Strong experience with WordPress, Webflow, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi (or ability to learn fast).
