Full Time IT Engineering Team Technician

In response to sustained growth, InTech Together, a Dental MSP, is expanding its Engineering Team. The Engineering Team plays an integral role in assisting service desk and helping our clients' dental offices maintain critical uptime.

The Engineering Team plays an integral role at InTech Together, creating efficient and effective processes and maintaining critical uptime for our clients. This position will provide support to the current assistance with the Engineer Team’s daily tasks.
The Engineering Team is involved in providing proficient software support, handling minor server operations, utilizing ticketing systems, applying cyber security best practices and demonstrating limited database experience. Daily responsibilities encompass tasks like taking ownership of assigned tickets, daily tools audits including backups, RMM, AV, EDR, syslog, vulnerabilities and manual application of resolutions. Other duties derived from providing support to the Engineering team as additional technical hands.

Quarterly and annual tool audits

After hours manual fixes and audits
