Hi! We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support with the use of HR metrics
Requirements and skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum experience of 5 years and extensive knowledge of all HR facets
- Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills
- High attention to detail
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships on all levels of the company
