Full-Time Graphic Designer Wanted

What You’ll Be Working On:

Phase 1 (First Few Months): Website Design
You’ll be responsible for designing four key websites for our brands:
Strong Girls Apparel – A high-quality gymnastics apparel brand offering custom leotards and performance wear.
Strong Girls Academy – A confidence-building platform providing training, resources, and mentorship for young gymnasts.
Gymnastics Redefined – Our in-person training facility, redefining gymnastics with a focus on skill-building and personal growth.
GymnastEdge – An online gymnastics training platform with expert-led coaching programs for all levels.

Phase 2: Ongoing Graphic Design Work
After the websites are completed, you’ll focus on creating:
Social Media Graphics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Thumbnails for Videos (YouTube, training content, courses)
Marketing Materials (Flyers, email graphics, promotional banners)
Any other design needs to support the company

Expectations & Requirements:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Strong communication with the owner and ability to collaborate effectively
Screen recording required during work hours (for accountability, quality control, and training future hires)
