Full-Time GMB Specialist (Outsourced Team or Solo Expert)

Job Overview:
We are looking for either a full-time outsourced GMB team or a highly experienced individual specialist to manage multiple Google Business Profile (GMB) accounts. The ideal candidate (or team) must be capable of handling at least 15 new GMBs per month and fully managing them from creation to ranking.

This role requires expertise in GMB ranking strategies, citation link building, suspension recovery, and local SEO tactics to maximize visibility. Experience with 411 Local, Local Splash, or similar agencies is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
? Create and manage 15+ new GMB listings per month
? Perform citation link building and ensure NAP consistency
? Handle GMB suspensions and reinstatements effectively
? Optimize listings with keywords, posts, photos, and reviews to improve rankings
? Implement local SEO strategies to rank GMBs from start to finish
? Monitor and report performance metrics for all managed listings
? Stay up-to-date with Google’s algorithm changes and GMB policies

Requirements:
? Proven experience managing multiple GMB accounts
? Ability to handle 15+ GMBs per month—(please specify your max capacity)
? Expertise in local SEO, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization
? Strong knowledge of GMB suspension recovery and troubleshooting
? Experience with 411 Local, Local Splash, or similar agencies (preferred)
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
