What You’ll Be Doing:

Communicate daily with the Business Development Manager.

Review plans/specifications to define scope and product requirements.

Prepare BOQs, markup plans, and detailed proposals using Panda Doc.

Manage timelines and tasks via Monday.com.

Create safety documents ensuring compliance.

Handle client communications for updates, RFIs, and concerns.

Maintain SharePoint folders for project documentation.

Provide bi-weekly project reports to the Director.



Who We’re Looking For:

Strong plan/specification interpretation skills (construction background preferred).

Proficient in digital plan markup, Excel, Panda Doc, and Monday.com.

Familiarity with Procore, Aconex, and construction take-off software.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience working for an Australian company and/or knowledge of Australian building standards is an advantage
