Seeking an experienced customer service professional to manage 200+ daily customer emails and coordinate with suppliers for our established Shopify dropshipping business.

Required Skills:
- Native/fluent English proficiency
- Proven Shopify platform experience
- ChatGPT proficiency
- Previous dropshipping customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer emails throughout the day
- Coordinate with fulfillment team on order updates
- Handle order modifications (cancellations, holds, updates)
- Resolve shipping issues with suppliers
- Manage customer concerns regarding delivery times
- Process refunds and prevent chargebacks
- Provide near 24/7 email monitoring
- Maintain professional communication with frustrated customers
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers on order fulfillment issues
