We are a growing e-commerce company looking for a dedicated, proactive, and highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team full-time. If you have a strong background in e-commerce customer support and experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs, AI tools, and CRM platforms, we want to hear from you!
Your Role
As our Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via
- Managing and resolving order issues, refunds, returns, and complaints.
- Providing product information and troubleshooting support.
- Updating and maintaining CRM records.
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilizing AI tools to streamline responses and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring and managing customer interactions through Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer support (preferably handling Shopify stores).
- Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs ecosystem, CRM platforms, and AI tools.
- Good and fluent written and spoken English skills with a professional and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working hours, meaning we can accommodate the Philippine time zone. Working part-time on weekends is possible but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
