I am launching an Email-Based Credit Repair Business and am seeking dedicated full-time Virtual Assistants (VAs) who:

Are highly knowledgeable about U.S. credit laws, including:

Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
Debt Bondage Repair Act
Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
Other relevant consumer protection laws.
Understand the processes for filing complaints with:
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) via IdentityTheft.gov.
Local and state attorney general offices.
Credit bureaus through official dispute channels.
Are experienced in crafting customized dispute letters tailored to unique credit situations.
Are adept at using ChatGPT or other AI tools to ensure that no two letters are the same.
Responsibilities:
Analyze credit reports and identify inaccuracies or negative items that violate credit laws.
Draft legally compliant, effective dispute letters for credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Provide instructions and support for filing complaints with federal agencies, such as the CFPB, FTC, and others.
Stay updated on U.S. credit laws and ensure compliance in all dispute processes.
Use ChatGPT and similar AI tools to create personalized, unique communication for each client.
Communicate regularly with the team to manage tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in credit repair, consumer law, or a related field.
Strong understanding of complaint processes, including how to:
File complaints with the CFPB for inaccurate reporting or creditor violations.
Submit identity theft claims via IdentityTheft.gov.
Escalate disputes to state attorney general offices.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. credit laws, including:
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) – rights related to disputing inaccuracies.
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) – legal practices for debt collection.
Truth in Lending Act (TILA) – lender transparency and compliance.
Debt Bondage Repair Act – support for victims of identity theft or fraud.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) – rights against discrimination in lending.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to ensure efficiency and innovation.
Must be available to work full-time.
