Full Time Content Creator and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Designer to join our team full-time. This is not a role for someone with basic skills or limited experience. We are not looking for individuals who were only responsible for managing and uploading pre-created content. Instead, we need a professional who can take ownership of designing and producing high-quality flyers and videos while leveraging AI tools and platforms like Canva to create impactful and original social media content.

This position requires full-time availability, working Monday through Friday, to ensure that weekly content goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Use advanced AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar) to generate unique, high-quality images.
Edit and enhance AI-generated content using Canva to create visually stunning flyers and videos.
Develop creative, original social media content tailored to our brand.

Workflow and Goal Achievement:
Work Monday through Friday, dedicating 40 hours per week to meet and exceed weekly goals.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Content Management:
Schedule, upload, and publish completed content across social media platforms.
Ensure proper formatting and optimization of posts for specific platform requirements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer or social media designer (portfolio required).
Expertise in AI tools for image generation and content creation.
Advanced proficiency in Canva for designing and editing flyers and videos.
Strong video editing skills with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
