Full Time CS Rep / Tech Support (LONG TERM)

I am looking for a long term, full time rep to work for our software company: Course Creator 360.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Fluent English
2. At least 2 years of customer service experience
3. Technical background

Ideal (Not Required):
1. Knows the software ‘Go High Level’
2. DNS background
3. Understanding of online marketing
