Position Summary:
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented AdPower & Facebook Marketplace Negotiations Specialist to manage Facebook accounts and negotiate deals with sellers on Facebook Marketplace. This is a full-time role requiring 60 hours per week, where you will handle account management, ad optimization, and sourcing quality electronics for our buy-back business.
Key Responsibilities:

Facebook
Account Management:
• Manage multiple Facebook accounts using AdPower tools.
• Ensure account health and compliance with Facebook policies.
• Create, optimize, and monitor ads to attract quality leads.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Negotiations on Facebook Marketplace:
• Identify and engage with potential sellers on Facebook Marketplace.
• Negotiate prices to secure electronics at competitive rates.
• Screen seller profiles and listings to avoid scammers, resellers, or businesses.
• Evaluate product conditions and prioritize high-value leads.
Lead Qualification & Data Management:
• Qualify leads based on authenticity, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain detailed records of all negotiations, deals, and outcomes.
• Regularly report on performance and insights to optimize processes.
Daily Workload:
• Work 6 days per week, 10 hours per day.
• Proactively manage communications and tasks throughout the day to meet performance targets.
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $250 - $400 USD per month.
• Daily Commissions: Average $50 USD per day (performance-based).
• Potential Earnings: $1,750+ USD per month with consistent performance.
Requirements:
• Experience with Facebook ad management and Marketplace negotiations.
• Proficiency with tools like AdPower or similar account management platforms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess seller authenticity and product value.
• Capability to work independently and manage a high workload effectively.
• Flexibility to work long hours, 6 days a week.
