Full Stack iOS Developer (Swift, SwiftUI, Supabase)

Our goal is to help users create a balanced relationship with cannabis, offering meaningful insights and support without judgment. We're a fast-moving, scrappy team passionate about building products that make a real impact.
As we scale Clear30, we’re looking for a developer who can handle both front-end development in Swift/SwiftUI and backend work using Supabase. This role involves working closely with the founder (handling design and product flow) to build out key features and improve data structures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new app features in Swift and SwiftUI, ensuring seamless integration with the existing codebase.
- Collaborate with the founder/designer to refine wireframes and implement UI/UX designs.
- Set up and manage data flows between the front-end and Supabase backend.
- Enhance group functionality, including real-time messaging and community features.
- Work on AI-powered features, such as voice-based interactions and personalized feedback for user journals.
- Assist in creating scalable solutions for user retention, including SMS notifications and reminders.
- Ensure clean, well-documented code for maintainability and future scalability.
- Collaborate with other developers through GitHub for code reviews and version control.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
- Strong understanding of data structures and flow management.
- Good English communication skills, with an emphasis on clean code documentation.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to research and learn new technologies when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL databases and backend as a service platforms (Supabase preferred).
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript for backend functions.
- Familiarity with GitHub and collaborative coding environments.
- Prior experience working on an existing, large codebase.
- Understanding of AI API integrations (e.g., using GPT-based models or voice AI).
