Full-Stack Web Developer with AI and Automation Expertise

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile *Full-Stack Web Developer with AI and Automation Expertise* to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who can develop sophisticated web-based AI applications, create automation workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth and seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Development & AI Integration:

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on integrating AI-driven features.
- Implement and customize AI models within web applications to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to deploy machine learning models into web platforms.
- Ensure the web applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance across different devices and browsers.

2. Automation & Workflow Creation:
- Design and implement automation workflows that streamline internal processes and enhance user experiences.
- Create and manage automation scripts, triggers, and processes using platforms like Zapier, GoHighLevel, Make or similar tools.
- Regularly review and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for web applications, automation processes, and AI integrations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
- Document troubleshooting processes and create guides to streamline support efforts.

4. Client Onboarding & Support:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully trained and comfortable using our web-based AI applications and automation tools.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding materials, including tutorials, guides, and webinars, to support new clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and offer solutions to any challenges they may encounter.

5. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on development progress, client feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

- Experienced in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms, and a solid understanding of integrating AI into web applications.
- Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, Make) and workflow creation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and support.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
