NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Experience with LLMs: Strong understanding of implementing and fine-tuning large language models.
- Frontend Skills: Expertise in React JavaScript for dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in Python, with a focus on API development and server-side logic.
- Database Management: Hands-on experience with Supabase or similar technologies.
- Hosting & Scaling: Familiarity with platforms like Render.com and AWS.
- Problem-Solving: A creative approach to solving technical challenges efficiently.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

The Role
As a Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building our AI chatbot for real estate applications. You’ll be responsible for developing, and deploying a seamless user experience while ensuring the chatbot functions at scale. You'll collaborate with AI specialists, backend developers, and other team members to deliver a product that reshapes how real estate businesses interact with their clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a high-quality, responsive chatbot interface using React JavaScript for frontend.
- Build robust and scalable backend systems using Python to support AI operations.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language understanding and generation.
- Work with databases like Supabase to ensure seamless data storage and retrieval.
- Deploy and scale services using platforms like Render.com and AWS.
- Optimize performance and ensure security compliance across all application layers.
- Debug, test, and improve application efficiency to meet business needs.
