About Us:?R-H platform is a cutting-edge health tech company developing a comprehensive SAAS and Mobile App platform. We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Software Developer to help build and launch a working prototype of our platform.

Job Overview:?As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing both the SAAS platform and Mobile App (iOS). This role involves working on both the front-end and back-end of the application, designing and implementing key features, and collaborating closely with our product team to create an intuitive and seamless user experience. You will play a key role in building a working prototype of the platform for internal testing and future deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the Full Stack of the Platform: Build, test, and maintain the R-H SAAS platform and Mobile App (iOS) from front-end to back-end.
* Front-End Development: Use modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js to develop the web interface and ensure a user-friendly experience.
* Back-End Development: Develop RESTful APIs and manage databases using Node.js (Express), MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
* Mobile App Development: Develop a cross-platform mobile app using React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android.
* Authentication & Security: Implement secure user authentication, role-based access control, and data protection features using JWT or other security protocols.
* Database Management: Set up and manage database schema, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product manager, designers, to meet business requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Prototype Testing: Help test the prototype, resolve issues, and optimize performance for a smooth user experience.
* API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., for notifications, payment processing, etc.) and ensure seamless connectivity.
* Iterate and Improve: Contribute to an agile development process, ensuring fast iterations and improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Front-End: Proficiency in React.js
* Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js and Express. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
* Database: Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other relational/non-relational databases.
* Mobile App Development: Experience with React Native or Flutter for building cross-platform mobile apps.
* Version Control: Proficient in Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
* Authentication: Experience with JWT, OAuth, or other security mechanisms for handling user authentication and authorization.
* Agile Development: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
* Bonus: Experience in healthcare technology systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based SAAS platforms.
* Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
