Full-Stack Marketing Specialist (Web & Growth) – Venture Sales Labs

Turn Websites & Marketing into Revenue Machines

We’re Venture Sales Labs – a high-performance, sales-driven venture studio. We help startups and B2B businesses validate, scale, and sell smarter. Now, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Marketing Specialist who can build high-converting websites, run paid ads, and make us (and our clients) look like market leaders everywhere.

This is not your typical marketing job. We need someone who can design, build, and optimize sites that don’t just look good—but close deals. You’ll be hands-on with website design, paid ads, branding, CRO, and SEO while working directly with our CEO to turn marketing into a client acquisition machine.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
1. Website Design & Development (For Us & Our Clients)
Build and manage high-converting, premium websites that establish authority and drive leads.
Optimize websites for conversion (CRO), speed, and SEO—every site should look amazing AND sell.
Ensure branding, messaging, and design are consistent across all digital assets.
2. Paid Ads & Growth Marketing
Run and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for Venture Sales Labs & select clients.
Optimize paid campaigns for B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
Build high-converting landing pages to maximize ROI from paid traffic.
3. Brand Authority & Positioning
Ensure our website, social presence, and ads make us look like THE go-to sales accelerator.
Manage client success stories, case studies, testimonials, and PR to boost credibility.
Distribute content (clips from our podcast, thought leadership pieces, expert interviews).
4. SEO & Organic Growth
Optimize our site and clients’ sites for search visibility & organic lead flow.
Build and execute a content strategy (blogs, case studies, videos) that attracts high-value leads.
Stay ahead of SEO trends and implement best practices to rank and convert traffic.
