I'm looking to hire marketing experts to help me with my digital marketing agency.

Most important skills are Google Ads, Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads.

Google Ads - Have to know how to set up a campaign efficiently. Must know how to set up goals in Analytics, count those goals as conversions, and share those conversions with Google Ads.


Facebook Ads - Mainly running traffic to a landing page. Must know how to optimize the pixel and Conversion API to fire conversions based on visiting a thank you page.

Local Service Ads - Must be familiar with Local Service Ads, setting up these accounts properly.

We use Upgrade to see actual info for project management.
We use GoHighLevel for our CRM.

Nice to have someone who can duplicate a landing page and customize based off a template, but not 100% necessary.
