Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning Development

Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
Fine-tune pre-trained AI models and optimize their performance for specific use cases.
Research and implement the latest AI technologies and frameworks to solve complex problems.
Build and manage data pipelines for training and deploying models at scale.
Fullstack Development

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern fullstack frameworks (e.g., MERN, MEVN, or similar).
Create and manage APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.
Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences across all platforms and devices.
Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and maintain applications.
AI and Web3 Integration

Integrate AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendation engines, automation tools, etc.) into web and mobile applications.
Leverage knowledge of Web3 technologies (smart contracts, blockchain integration, decentralized systems) to create innovative solutions.
Design and implement AI agents capable of autonomous interactions and decision-making processes.
Create dashboards and analytics tools to monitor model and application performance, providing actionable insights.
Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, AI implementation, and Web3 solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, fullstack development, and software engineering.
Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Technical Expertise:

Machine Learning: Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and ML pipeline tools.
Fullstack Development: Advanced knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, Flask).
Web3 Knowledge: Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, Ethereum, or decentralized applications (dApps) is a strong benefit.

AI Agents: Familiarity with designing and deploying AI agents for automation and autonomous systems is highly desirable.
Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
AI Deployment: Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

APIs & Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Additional Skills: Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
