Full Stack Laravel Dev + AI

We're excited to expand our team and have opened up a full-time, full-stack Laravel developer position—we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to make a direct impact on our cutting-edge AI-powered content platform.

What We’re Looking For:
- Expert Laravel & Full-Stack Developer – Deep expertise in Laravel, as well as in PHP, MySQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.).
- AI Enthusiast / Expert – Experience with AI and AI-driven applications, APIs (like OpenAI), LLMs, and automation.
- Ownership Mindset – You approach problems by asking, “How can I provide a solution to this problem?” instead of waiting for instructions.
- Speed & Dedication – You work fast, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
- Full-Time Commitment – This is not a side gig. We need someone fully dedicated for 40 hours a week, including availability for at least 2 hours during the PST time zone work day for real-time collaboration. The remaining work can be during Philippine work hours.
- Team Player – We work closely together every day. You should be comfortable with frequent communication, feedback, and a fast paced environment.
- Strong UI/UX Sense – Strong understanding of design principles, and front-end best practices. Experience with Figma is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop & optimize our Laravel-based AI platform with clean, scalable code.
- Build out completely new aspects of the software from the ground up. Your experience and input will be applied directly to the planning and development.
- Build and maintain robust APIs for AI integrations and third-party services.
- Implement front-end features based on detailed Figma files, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Optimize performance, security, and database efficiency.
- Collaborate daily with the team to rapidly iterate, troubleshoot, and enhance our software.
- Think critically, propose solutions, and bring your own ideas to the table.
