Overview

Sugar Rimz is searching for innovative, highly skilled Full-Stack Developers to become a key part of developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline operations and improve customer and partner experiences. Our ideal candidates excel in creating user-friendly mobile applications, integrating diverse systems, and developing robust front- and back-end platforms that fuel our growth and competitive advantage.

This position begins with an intensive **evaluation process**. Over a structured three-week period, three developers will be tested on their ability to design, develop, and implement various tech solutions before selecting the most skilled candidate.

Evaluation Process & Timeline

Week of January 8th – January 15th (Evaluation Week 1)

Objective: Test technical proficiency and innovation by creating a user-friendly and visually stunning app feature.

Tasks:
- Design and develop a **conversion calculator** tailored for event-related needs. This feature must:
- Be **highly user-friendly** and optimized for mobile platforms.
- Calculate efficiently with logical precision.
- Integrate seamlessly with **HubSpot** CRM for data synchronization.
- Collaborate with our team to collect and incorporate **pictures of mobile bars and equipment** into the app for an attractive visual experience.
- Demonstrate **high-speed performance** and smooth usability.

Week of January 16th – January 22nd (Evaluation Week 2)

Objective: Assess skills in system integration and backend proficiency.

Tasks:
- Integrate our **entire tech stack**, ensuring all platforms work cohesively together.
- Include dynamic and seamless integrations across HubSpot, scheduling systems, and payment platforms.
- Code where necessary to fill gaps between disparate systems.
- Build a highly functional and **integrated system** that is scalable and efficient across the **front-end and back-end**.
- Demonstrate effective workflow management, security protocols, and optimized processing speeds.

Week of January 23rd – January 29th (Evaluation Week 3)*

**Objective**: Test strategic and innovative thinking for app scalability.

**Tasks:*
- Draft and present a **portfolio plan** to execute a fully-stacked proprietary app designed for independent operation. The plan must:
- Consolidate all current tech stack functionalities.
- Be **market-ready**, including conversion tracking buttons for **ads manager feedback**.
- Feature **pixels** for comprehensive marketing data.
- Design a blueprint for the app to manage:
- Sending service staff and tracking their real-time locations.
- Integrating a **real-time marketing platform** for team analytics.
- Ensure the proposed app solution stands out with unique, efficient features.

**Final Selection**

On **January 30th**, the developer with the most innovative and efficient solution will:
- Begin implementation.
- Be given the opportunity to hire or collaborate with other evaluation participants.
- Continue testing the app with our marketing team to push traffic and measure conversions.

The **successful candidate** will:
- Establish a **profit-sharing model** for long-term compensation.
- Commit to growing the team and expanding app features, continuously staying ahead of competitors.

Upon selection, the chosen developer will:
- Execute the **proprietary app’s development and rollout**.
- Train and build a team for advanced features and updates.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimize traffic and conversions.

**Qualifications**

- **Experience**:
- 3+ years as a full-stack developer, proven track record of creating user-centric apps.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Front-end expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend proficiency: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
- Advanced API and database management skills (RESTful, GraphQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Team-oriented with leadership potential.
- Effective communicator and project manager.

**Compensation**
- Evaluation Period: **$7/hour** for 6 hours/day.
- Upon Selection: Base rate increases to **$10/hour**, plus potential profit-sharing and bonuses based on app success and scalability.
