Job Opportunity: Full-Stack Developer – Zoho CRM & Five9 Integration

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to integrate and synchronize data between Five9 and Zoho CRM, as well as optimize various aspects of our business operations through software development. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional who can customize, automate, and enhance our CRM and phone system to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Integrate Five9 with Zoho CRM, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
Customize and develop Zoho CRM to fit business workflows and automation needs.
Design and implement APIs and custom solutions to improve system functionality.
Work on backend and frontend development to optimize various software applications.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance system performance.
Ensure secure data handling and efficient communication between platforms.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Zoho CRM customization and development.
5+ years of experience in software development (Full-Stack preferred).
Strong knowledge of API development, integrations, and automation tools.
Experience with Five9 phone system and CRM integrations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
Ability to analyze business needs and develop tailored software solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
