Full Stack Developer, AI Tools & Supabase

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic applications that serve both our internal teams and our clients. Your primary tech stack will include React, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Supabase, and you will also leverage Lovable.dev and Cursor to expedite and enhance the development process. This is a fully remote position, so you must be able to communicate effectively and manage projects in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development

Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.
Architect and maintain backend services using Supabase and PostgreSQL.
AI-Powered Tool Utilization

Use Lovable.dev to prototype and build applications quickly from natural-language specifications.
Employ Cursor to streamline coding workflows and ensure high-quality output.
API & Integrations

Create and manage robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs for client-facing and internal tools.
Integrate third-party APIs to expand functionality and enhance user experiences.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions on time.
Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives to maintain transparency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Testing & Maintenance

Write maintainable code with clear documentation, focusing on scalability and performance.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability.
Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI-based development, Supabase, and modern front-end frameworks.
Contribute to refining internal processes and adopting best practices in full-stack development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Full Stack Experience: Demonstrable experience building full-stack applications using React, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase (or a similar Postgres-based stack).
AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Lovable.dev and/or Cursor (or similar AI-driven development environments).
API Development: Strong experience in designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, integrating third-party services, and handling authentication/authorization.
Version Control: Strong command of Git and collaboration workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues in production environments.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fully remote team.
Education: A degree in Computer Science (or a related field) is a plus, but equivalent work experience and demonstrated expertise are highly valued.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Vite for fast development and build processes.
Experience with real-time features in Supabase (e.g., subscriptions) or alternative real-time databases.
Prior exposure to digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in developer communities.
